Braking fault?

Hi my citoren berlingo van has started vibrating through the peddle and slightly in the steering wheel mainly when I go down hill could this be the discs ,bushes,or maybe bearings as I do 800 mile a week

I would suspect worn brake pads first considering your milage,one of them is possably down to the metal.
