How do I replace oil cooler in 2.5tdi vivaro van?

I have a lot of oil in the coolant tank of my 2.5tdi vivaro van would the oil cooler cause this? If yes how do I locate and replace the cooler

The oil cooler COULD be the cause, as COULD the head gasket, possibly the EGR valve cooler, etc.
