I recently replaced a burned out motor on a Bissell Powerforce with a good motor from a Bissell Quicksteamer. Everything, including the wiring seemed to match. The only problem is that the good motor (quicksteamer), has a red wire and I cant remember where it was attached. The bad motor (Powerforce) did not have the red wire. Now I have everything hooked up, but it flipped a breaker when I plugged it in. I cant seem to find anything online about the motor wiring of these two units. Can someone please help me?
