Noisy while tumbling now, could it be bearings?, if so how do I change them?

When the tumle dryer is working it has now become very noisy, could this be bearings?, if ao how do I change them?

Probably is bearings but can't tell you how to change them because you didn't bother to tell us what make and model it is. All dryers are different.
