I have a Facebook account with messenger I have created a page for my business selling 1.1 diet products I wasn't receiving messages on messenger and was told I was told to download Facebook business suite which I am now able to receive comments and messages from the page but regarding my own Facebook messenger I can receive messages but can't reply its saying message could not be sent cant reply to conversation why is this PLEASE HELP
