i want to change my ford transit x reg old shape near side wishbone. which is a curved dog leg shape and has a suspension spring between that and that of the chassis

It is a fairly simple job to be honest but if you are unsure get yourself a Ford TIS off eBay for a couple of quid and that gives you a detailed description of how to carry the job out.
