Been given a Samsung ER-150 but the ink cartridge holder and the paper feed at back is missing. Is it fixable?

You need to find spares suppliers, simple enough to do. The operation manual and, I would hope, the service manual should be easy enough to find online. The latter could be useful to show you the bits you need. EBay might be useful too.
