Aspera engine on westw?

Aspera motor, 4 stroke engine on westwood rotovator. I have removed the flywheel which includes 2 magnets. The engine has no spark ang no current to plug. What do you suggest?

Put the flywheel back. Those magnets interact with a coil to produce a spark
