Hoover front loader?

Hoover front loader. The water overflows from the dispenser drawer. I have removed the drawer and the pipe is blocked. How do I fix it ?

One assumes you mean the little siphon pipe in the dispenser.
The manual should tell you how to clean it.
I'd have searched for the manual myself but you didn't give the model and there are quite a lot of Hoover front loaders
