GHD's wont switch on - no LED?

Hiya,

My girlfriends Pink GHD hair straighteners have developed a fault. They wont switch on - when pressing the switch to on neither the LED comes on nor the pads get warm.

Changed fuse - no joy.

Any ideas on how to fix?
