What is wrong with the spin?

I have a Hoover TV630 001 tumble drier and it wont spin.
I checked the belt which seems ok (if there is only one) and there is heat inside but not sure if its the motor that turns the belt or something else? Any help? I can feel it heating the clothes but as it isnt spinning they wont get dry.
