stone pc 1103 windows 10 pro 64bit, about a month ago i emptied recycle bin as normal, but from that moment ive been unable to access cmd prompt,registry editor etc, also im unable to open any .exe file, i can download anything but cant install or run anything. in fact any files that may help me sort this out wont run. i am the administrator.ive even tried to open bios so i can add drive choice at startup and fix it that way, but im unable to could you advise which fkey i need to press on this model please. thank you, mark griffiths..
