2007 Hyundai Sonata driver's side sun visor?

Driver's side sun visor on a 2007 Hyun A small piece of plastic broke off the top of the pivot side when I was pitting the visor down to block the blinding sun. Now it won't stay in position flipped up or up against the windshield to block the sun, it just hangs in the middle blocking my view and is very distracting. Now I see you have to buy the whole visor to fix it. I have very sensitive eyes to sunlight so now I will have to drive with one hand holding the visor in position and the other on the steering wheel. Not very safe. I am trying to figure out which visor is the correct one because I have the lighted make-up mirror and a sunroof. In the meantime, I guess I will try to hold it up with a small piece of velcro but from other posts I've read it doesn't seem to work very well. I probably hit my head on it three or four times today either getting in or out of the car, very annoying. Really blocks your field of vision when needing to make a turn, because you need two hands usually to make a safe turn, especially if you have to signal. I really liked my Sonata until today. It only has 45,000 miles on it and has always been kept protected under a carport with a car cover. My mom gifted it to me before she passed away two weeks ago.

Bite the bullet and buy a new visor.
You might be able to find one from a bar breaker. There should be plenty on eBay and the like.
