SAFE showing in Astra LCD?

I had a crash in front bumper of my Y reg 1700 DTI Astra 5 door.
In the display it contantly shows - SAFE and the engine light and car with a spanner light are always on.

you need to take it to a dealer to at least have the ecu read after any impact due to the airbag sensors being in the front bumper, the car with a spanner light is telling you to have a service
