hi iv been trying to put files on my mp4/mp3 player . it not working. it keeps saying disc error. canyou help.

hay last year july my dad brought me a MP4 CUBE XV300 ..i live australia anyway at first it worked good now it only lights up when i charge it and when i take out the charge it goes black and it doesnt turn on anyway ideas why its not working thanks
