no drain?

my margherita 2000 turns on fills up and spins but it won't drain and is foaming pretty badly how would i fix it without costing to much

It could be something has got into the water drain hose or pump... have you lost any socks ?
I would check any filters as well as hoses, if all is clear,suspect the pump isn't running.
