My reverse dryer makes a loud vibrating noise in 1 direction, what is it? Someone else I know has the same problem but engineers cant find a problem with it. Is it just a common model fault?

Ive had someone out to look at it but he couldnt find anything wrong with it. He took the whole dryer apart and cleaned it all inside and still it makes this unbearable noise. I found if I sit on it it stops

Second hand spares? (Same system or similar with different fault anyone have one? or want one?).

I have a White Knight CL 382 WV 3kg which was also making a load noise, after inspecting I noticed the rear metal clip/position holder for the drum was snapped.

I tried locating spares via the comet/currys website however they advised they don't supply it.

It looks easy enough to fit (detach the element and thermostat and attach to new unit with functional clip/bearing?).

I have emailed croslee in the meantime ...
