how can i fix my shower unit? Its a Galaxy G8000S?

I have a galaxy G8000S shower unit, is it possible to turn the heat up via a valve? Also the pressure on the hot setting is very poor, can you give me any suggestions as to what i can do.As far as i know the unit is about 3 years old. Many Thanks.

I think thats just how those showers are. We have one as well, and it is the same. Currently it is not working though, this is the third time it has broken in a year. Good luck!
