Help!:Peugeot 106 Diesel, intemittent non starter?

Intermittent fault, whether car is hot or cold, anytime of year, parked inside or out

Car spins over happily, drives well at all times (once started!)

In attempt to rectify, so far have replaced Oil & Fuel filters, glow plugs, accelerator cable

Any ideas please?

Sorry I mean Peugeot of course!...(Not Vauxhall) quote £116 for switch only

This now seems to be in the area of Diesel stop solenoid/switch!

Vauxhall quote £116 for switch only (Bosch unit)

Anyone got any suggestions for repair or alternative replacement?
