The Belt has Snapped I have ordered the new part no problem but I cannot even open the machine up please can someone supply instruction or let me know where I can get this information.
I have exactly the same problem. I took out every visible screw and still couldn't open it up. I managed to peer down inside and spot the broken belt but that is all.
Have you had any luck getting instructions?
I can't afford to have this fixed by a proffessional, so it's DIY or tip.
