my amana dlw330raw has no hot (or warm) water when filling?

When the temperature setting is on either hot or warm water, , no hot or warm water enters the tub. Hot water is present in the hose on the machine end. I took out the filter out of the hot water hose. The cold water seems fine.

Try switch the cold and hot hoses or from inside switch the wires to cold and hot.
