My Hotpoint 9934 will not open?

I have a Hotpoint Washer/Dryer 1000 de luxe 9934.At the end of the cycle I cannot open the door.I have tried every cycle with the same result.How do I get my washing out.

Can only suggest you try waiting approximately five minutes after end of cycle, as it may have a safety lock which won't unlock immediately.
