how can i fix my peugeot partner van?

A red light symbol keeps flashing on the dash board of my peugeot partner van.
The symbol has wavey lines on it.

I had this! it meant you are running low on coolant was going through a lot, if you have the same problem try putting in a bottle of radweld £4.99 from most places Halfords etc. I havnt had a prob since!
