how can i fix ferguson portable dvd player?

ferguson portable dvd playerLDVD81
disc spins and plays sound but no picture on the screen.
not even any main menu-but the screen is lit up so there is power going to the screen.
help please

on the side of the player there is a switch in/out

switch it to out it should work fine then.
