my tricity bendix condensor dryer blowing cold air not drying clothes?

what could this be has anyone got any ideas the drum goes round every thing seems to be working fine apart from no heat and the clothes not drying.
anyone know whats wrong with it and where i find some where to buy the spares from please

I just had this problem - for me it was the thermostat and I got a new one for £10 from e-spares.co.uk. it might be the heater element but they have those too
