how to fix freeview receiver matsui dtr1?
reports no signal at aerial, no channels found.
matsui dtr1.
checked for clock signal on crystal for chip stv0360 (ic401), no clock on either pin.
Replaced crystal still same no signal.
does anybody know a supplier for chip and price each.
