One is in the drain holes which are visible with the sunroof open.
The drain holes are in the front corners
They can clog up with rust and stuff (Suggest an airline to clear them, failing that, a stiff piece of wire.
The second check is the sunroof itself which can be lifted out with the help of a Haynes manual. You'll probably need to replace the drain at the rear of the sunroof.
