Have you cleaned out the condensing unit. Its in the front kick plate at the base of the machine. Pull down towards you at the top edge, you may need to press the small button on the lower right of the opening.
2 small swivel clips and the unit should just slide out, not a hard job at all. Run the unit under the tap to clean it, dry and replace. That should do the trick, have found now with kids this needs doing every year atleast.
