at end of key there is a part that pulls off this is the manual key then unclip the plastic cover at the door handle it should be marked with a small key simble the turn key to open and lock.

Mine has done the same, only way I can do it is.
Open passanger door, then when all doors are locked press the door lock from inside the car, close passenger door.
Car is now locked.
