Triton Ivory 3 Electric Shower not heating up the water?

Any tips on what is needed to get this shower to heat up the water? Many Thanks!

thermal cut out activated. Possible cause: incorrect installation procedure. Must have plumbed in the unit before any power is applied.

There is also a 3 different power selections on the particular Triton Showers model, make sure the power selector is working. Hope this helps you fix your shower http://www.bellabathrooms.co.uk
