How do I fix my Creda TCR2 Tumble Dryer?

My tumble dryer has stopped heating. It did the same thing about a year ago and an engineer came out and replaced the TOCs. I can get the parts on-line, how do I find them in the machine and how do I change them?

I've found the thermostats and I've tested them with a multimeter, and they both give a reading - does this mean that they are broken or working?
