hi
i have a bosch exxcel washer dryer but somehow the key lock is on and i can not seem to be able to get it to do any thing, the drying bit says it on 100 but what ever i do nothing happens i have unplugged it but it does not help ,i cant find the instruction book to help. can any one advise please

is there any water in the drum? clean out the pump filter
