Digital tuner disappeared from Beko Panache tv setup menu. Help!?

the inbuilt digital tuner on my 4 month-old Beko Panache tv (P28C761DW) has curiously stopped working and has completely disappeared from the on-screen menu. Has it just been hidden, or is it likely the tuner is u/s? The terrestrial tuning still works. When the tv is switched on, it still comes on with the "hourglass" symbol, which presumably signifies the tv is still looking for available freeview channels.

I have no answer but the set I purchased 3 months ago has done the same.

If the digital TV does not work when first plugged in, then the digital TV tuner is faulty. The set should be returned to where you purchased it and replaced. Hope this helps, if you have any problems contact Beko on 08702410128.

I've got the same TV but I've just checked mine and I can't see anywhere that you can tune it - I was told that it does it automatically. Mine didn't come with a manual so if anyone could scan one it, it would be a great help.
