you don't really understand - if there is no option in the setuyp/install menu then you will have to repaklce the parts in the IF stages and tuner. on something as cheap as an alba its not worth it. you will still be able to watch dvds though .
connect a pal bg vcr or set top decoder to the alba's scart socket to pick up pal bg tv. That will work.
