From memory...there is a Menu Button, Ch up, Ch down, Vol up, Vol down, under the front flap off the TV.
Press menu, highlight the desired sub-menu so it changes to green with CH controls then adjust with Vol controls. Remember to select store to memorize the tuning.
Using the combination of CH and Volume buttons you should be able to select CH Position, Search Tuning and Store.
