hi there my redring shower has the overheating light on and no hot water runs from it work fine till a couple of days ago any help is much appreciated

no i live in scotland soft water up here there is a constant water flow just no hot water and overheating light stays on

Do you love in a hard water area ? (Does your kettle have the white limescale in it?), if so, then your shower unit may be blocked or partially blocked causing insufficient amount of water flow causing the overheat light to come on.
