Citroen Xsara 2000 HDI Rear Brakes?

How can I get the calipers to release enough to fit new pads on rear brakes of 2002 xsara HDI, thanks.

Rotate the pistons clockwise to retract them. A thin, flat tool is needed to do this - usually I use an old metal cased feeler gauge set... there are 4 notches in the piston face to allow you to do this. The broad notch locates the tab on the pad - make sure it is correctly positioned.
