a new cut key did the trick 4 me,cut from the old worn 1

as crazy as it sounds, a bit of WD40 in the lock does the trick. tried and tested

Try having a new key cut and see if this works. Even if they copy your old worn key it might just do the trick. Otherwise it's a new lock set - £90 of ebay.
