Sony Trinitron keeps blowing 125v 1.6amp 603 fuse when turned on?

Sony Trinitron KV-2645RS was making only a clicking noise when the power button was pressed. I pulled off the back to find the 603 125v 1.6amp fuse blown.
I purchased new fuses which blow immediatly upon the power button being pressed.

The fuse that keeps blowing means you have a bad circuit/component in ur TV. STOP replacing fuses and get it checked or you will futher damage TV!!!
