TomTom SAT NAV Go 300 power damage?

HELP - my daughter plugged the TomTom SAT NAV Go 300 into wrong charger (!!!). Green light comes on but nothing else. Can this be fixed?

Yea looks like you would have to send it to TomTom for repair but that could be quite pricy it might be worth looking at a new unit, Halfords currently do the TomTom 1 GB for £159.99 its a smart slim unit or you could go to another store if you dont like Halfords which alot of people dont! LOL Wherever you go though i would advise that you stay clear of navman, although you'll pick them up very cheap they are very unreliable!!

Sounds silly but have you tried the reset button? If not try that first if not have a look on both the correct charger and the charger that your daughter used....are they very different voltages?
