This happens alot on acer laptops, I mean ALOT mainly due to poor build quality.
Best bet is to buy a new keyset and fix that in but they are not cheap, I work in an electrical store and we ordered a keyset in for ~70 gbp.

I'm sure you've worked this out after a couple of weeks, but there's a clever little retention mechanism.
So all you have to do is line up the key on the board, apply firm pressure with your thumb, and it will pop straight on.
