van wont start due to fuel?

my 92 areostar started acting like it wasnt getting any gas so i put new filter new pump and still wont start is there something in the engine blocking gas flow.the engine is 3.0 gas the model XL

You need to check fuel pressure ....could be a clogged catilictic convertor making it act like that
