Maytag Performa Model # PYE/G4500 will not start?

Dryer will not start. Light Not working inside. Have checked breaker ...OK.

Unit appear to be dead !! Is there a thermal fuse on this unit? If so, how do I know with it is good or not? ///in-others how do I check it?
