I have a tristar 1992 and the electric flush wont work any ideas on how to fix it myself

I have a Lunar Cubman 500/4 1989, i have a problem with the Thetford toilet, never having one before. It doesnt work, so one said llok at the pump, i cant seem to find it, so can you tell me where its located, ive took the Loo roll of and in front of me there is an empty round hole is this where it goes.
