too hard clutch.How to adjust? Ford Transit 2002 330T Petrol?

Clutch on Transit van 330T too hard to press. Is there any adjustment possible?

sounds like you need a new presure plate, and as the job requires that the bell houseing be split from the engine , it is normal to replace the clutch plate and the thrust bearing at the same time.
