Unscrew the panel on the back. There are two trip components. Disconnect and remove the one with a green spot on it (left side?). If the domed front bit is curved inwards, it has tripped and must be replaced. Its usually due to overfilling or not allowing time to cool between loads. I think they're about £20.00
