I have a White Knight condensor tumble dryer that dies not heat up?

The tumble dryer spins round but does not heat up thus does not get the clothes dry. I have pressed the red reset disc at the back of the machine but this has not helped. Does anyone have any ideas?

i also have the same trouble with my tumble dryer have you found out what it is yet as i have replaced the heater element and it is still blowing cold.regards chris
