You canpull plugs and put a anti sieze liquid in each cylinder and let set .....drain oil and install fresh oil ......
take a pull bar and try to rotate engine back and forth till it turns freely ........not sure on this model how oil pump is driven but on some you can take out distrbutor and attach a drill to oil pump drive and build up oil pressure to circulate oil
good luck but proably will need rings ect.
