Hotpoint WD440 Washing Machine stuck on door locked?

My Hotpoint WD440 Washing Machine is stuck on door locked and I cannot cancel the programme but it is also not filling. I have tried leaving the machine switched off at the plug but when switched back on the door locked button is lit again.

you have got a bloked pipe that goes from pump to censor switch in washer thats why stuck in cycle!!! trace scinny pipe from pump to censor switch at top off washer;take off and claen out .make sure u can blow down pipe!!!
