How do i change the oil on my renault laguna?

the sump plug seems to have no nut shape or threading of any sort it just looks like an inverted womans nipple, im confused.

its a square drive, dont buy the blue universal sump plug thing from halfrauds cause they dont fit. best to buy a sump plug set i paid 10 quid at a motor factors, think halfrauds sell these too
